This question has come up repeatedly in a variety of fora and among many acquaintances, and there are many people who are ignorant of the distinctions between white separatism and white supremacy and others who maliciously deny those differences. I wish to address the issue from a socialist perspective.

The only similarity between the ideologies of white separatism and white supremacy is that the proponents of both recognize that racial differences are real and substantial and reject the liberal integrationist hypothesis that racial differences are completely subjective and can be erased by protracted interaction within the same society. When the question is asked what is to be done about these racial differences, the answers are completely different, and it becomes clear that white separatism is the patriotic proletarian ideology of protecting the white nationalities, whereas white supremacy is enemy bourgeois imperialist ideology which offers white people a position of temporary privilege in exchange for tolerating the ultimate destruction of their nationalities.

White separatists recognize that there is a racial component to nationality and that different races need to live in different countries. White separatists therefore uphold the integrity of their nationalities and of other nationalities, white and non-white.

White supremacists promote having whites and non-whites live together in the same countries, provided whites are in a position of privilege. White supremacy has taken the form of chattel slavery, apartheid, Jim Crow, the ghetto system, colonization, and immigration. White supremacy is the precursor to liberal integrationism, because non-whites don't need to demand rights in white
countries if they weren't brought there in the first place or reclaim rights in their own countries if whites weren't brought there in the first place. White supremacy invariably leads to liberal integrationism and miscegenation, and this destroys nationalities. This has happened in India and the Roman Empire in the ancient world, in Latin America since the 16th Century, and it is happening today in North America, Europe, and southern Africa. The impetus behind white supremacy is the demand for cheap labor, and it is therefore the system of the exploitation of man by man which promoted this ideology in the past and is promoting its logical conclusion, liberal integrationism, today.

Unfortunately the white nationalist movement today is infiltrated by many paleoconservatives who don't want white separatism but a return to white supremacy. These people encourage white nationalists to support restoration of apartheid in Zimbabwe and South Africa, often shamelessly begging ZOG to intervene militarily to promote this worthless goal. They tell horror stories about the ordeal white people in these countries are enduring hoping people will forget to think logically about a long-term solution for these people that will really work: Evacuation to white countries. There are others who promote the Jew agenda in Europe and call for expelling only Muslim immigrants, making Europe safe for Jews but not for whites, enabling the immigration of non-Muslim foreigners who will be a more docile source of cheap labor but in the long-term no less destructive to nationalities.

Real white nationalists need to ditch the enemy ideology and recognize white supremacy for the worthless dead-end that it is for the white race. Promote white separatism! Down with white supremacy!
